Memory summaries

reference_rai_ondemand (2026-07-15): rai.arnao.ai refreshes weekly via a Gia cron; REFRESH NOW button goes through a Blob flag to a 5-minute watcher. The generator tries paid Sonnet first, against the stated free-only policy. Live check: last on-demand run 2026-08-13.
project_oreo: live 2026-09-17 as a teaching bench; live-model mode and J-Space integration are the next asks, not built.

Patterns

Eleven hostnames share one Vercel project; rai and theraireport are near-duplicates.
Half the family is frozen on May–June content while HTTP headers look fresh. Check content dates, not last-modified.
Strongest assets: rai.arnao.ai (only automated, refreshing surface), jev (newest, best documented), jlens (marquee, fragile).
Abandoned: research-app, rai-scorecard, the two 404 hosts, five June content streams, the REFRESH NOW button.
Moltbook and AgentSim, which the strategy page calls flagship, are not under Byron's control.
Duplicate sprawl: ~6 jlens copies, 3 judge copies, ~5 signal copies. "proj research" resolves to socialresearch, a trap.
Only jev, jev-research and research-app have a PRD, PLAN or CRITIQUE on disk. Most source dirs are not git repos.
Open cost caveat: paid-Sonnet-first generation in the RAI pipeline was flagged in July and never resolved.
